1. Reprint Policy

We prioritize quality and will gladly reprint your order free of charge if:

  • Printing Defects: There are clear misprints, smudges, or significant color inaccuracies.
  • Shipping Damage: The product arrives damaged during the delivery process.
  • Production Errors: There was an error in production, such as the wrong size, material, or finishing.

How to Request a Reprint:

  • Contact Us: Email our team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Documentation: Provide your order number and clear photos illustrating the issue.
  • Review: Our team will review and process your reprint request within 48 working hours.

2. Refund Policy (Limited Cases)

Because our products are custom-branded, refunds are only issued under specific circumstances:

  • Pre-Production Cancellation: The order is canceled before any production or branding begins.
  • Availability Issues: A reprint is not possible due to discontinued products or materials.

Refund Process:

  • Exclusions: Refunds exclude transaction fees as per our payment processor’s policies.
  • Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customer File Errors: Orders containing typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect formatting provided by the customer.
  • Post-Approval Changes: Any changes requested after the client has officially approved the artwork and production has commenced.

How to Initiate a Request

To start a return or reprint request, please email our support team with your Order Number, Photos of the issue, and your Preferred Resolution. We will respond to your inquiry within 24–48 working hours.
